Happy New Year 2019!

Happy New Year! Let us welcome in January 2019 with the excitement of new beginnings! I hope 2018 was one of the best years ever and I wish you an even greater year in 2019. Although Christmas is over, there is no need to be sad, because our wonderful town of Prescott keeps its Courthouse lights on through January 20th! So for us locals let the festivities continue. And for our out of towners, if you didn’t have a chance to make it to Prescott during the holiday season you still have time to come on over and enjoy Arizona’s Christmas Town! Downtown is still celebrating the magic of the most wonderful time of the year. The local shops are brimming with great treasures and the amazing restaurants are tempting the taste buds with a variety of magnificent cuisines. To find out what is happening and where go visit and click on my Community Connection. And don’t forget while you are enjoying the wonder of downtown Prescott to stop by BloomTree Realty and say hi. And when you are ready to connect with a local Realtor remember me for all your real estate needs. I am your friendly hometown Realtor and I can help with all your real estate needs, whether buying your new home, selling your current home…..Or both!

Deep on this dark, cold, last night of December,
is one tiny flame of a flickering ember.
Like so many memories of Decembers gone by,
tucked in our hearts, memories safely reside,
reminiscing our blessings through all the past years,
of those we have loved, our regrets, and our tears.
As December surrenders to January’s dawn,
that one tiny ember still flickers on,
sparking the flame to new memories born
on the horizon of this New Year’s morn!

The full Moon on the 21st is called “Wolf Moon” by Native Americans of New England and the Great Lakes because at this time of the year, the wolves howl in hunger.

On the 21st there is a total Lunar Eclipse of the moon visible in the central Pacific Ocean, Americas, Europe and Asia.
