Monthly Newsletter January 1, 2020

Yay – It is ‘Okay to be Different Month’!

Happy New Year!!!

Welcome to 2020, a new decade and a year of new beginnings.

What’s new in the New Year?

As we leap into 2020 this year will bring us 366 days. This first year of the new decade is a Leap Year! It is the 20th year of the 3rd millennium, and the 20th year of the 21st century! The year 2020 offers us many opportunities. As you set your New Years resolutions, take some time to reflect on the past years achievements and successes also. Every year on New Year’s Day I like to make a list of all the things I have to be thankful from the past year. As I sit and reflect on the past year, I am always amazed at how long the list becomes. As we busy ourselves through everyday life it is easy to overlook the day’s blessings. It is when we stop to reflect that we realize how blessed we truly have been. Many of my readers who have journeyed with me through the last few years have reached out to me to tell me how much you love the newsletter and the fun facts. Thank you all for reading. I am blessed buy each one of you. Some I have sold houses to and some have just visited and plan to become part of this amazing community in the future. Some of you are locals who know the joy of living in the beautiful Prescott area. Whether I have just met you or known you for years, my job affords me the opportunity to meet the most amazing people and I thank you for journeying with me. I am your friendly hometown realtor and I look forward to assisting you with all your real estate needs. Whether selling your current home, buying your dream home……Or both! Remember me for all your real estate needs.

while slipping
